My 50+ group went to the Heritage Village last year and it was so interesting but the best part for me was the restaurant there. The food was wonderful. You sit at long tables family style and the food starts coming. I would go back just for the restaurant! If you go to Tyler the Rose Museum ...

Ann and I spent the day looking around Port Aransas to see what our RV ladies might enjoy. We picked up menus from several restaurants and information from a fishing tour place. The Visitor Information center was closed so we will go back and pick up brochures to take to the RV rally in Palestine...

I would like to visit all the presidential libraries ( except for the one in Arkansas!) and burial places of past president (the ones who have died!). I heard Sharon S. say her summer trip is a 'foodie' visit on the east coast. She was going to make reservations at Paula Deen's for one.

They teach scuba diving there as well by the old underwater theater. There was a class in the water when we sailed past.
