Have I got a treat for all you motorhomers. They have an annual car show at Daytona Beach, called the Turkey Run. This is probably as big as the Carlisle,Pa. Show.
It was our experience when traveling that just about everyone out there fulltiming had at one time or another owned Harley's, Classic Cars or Street Rods. I think motorhoming was just the next phase in their life.
For Susie and I, once we get something, we don't know how to let it go. We still have our Harley,Chopped Vw Bug and our Motorhome. After going to the show today, why didn't we keep the 1957 Chevy 2 DrHt, or the 1963 Corvette Sting Ray, or the 1967 GTO Marina Blue Convertible, or the 1969 Black 442 Convertible we owned.
I think you will enjoy the selection of cars I picked for you to view. It will bring back a lot of memories.
We will start off with the speedway entrance.

This one was the most unbelievable one there. It's only a 350 Shelby, not a 500 and was priced at $ 92,000 and a guy was negotiating shipping. it wasn't that nice to me for that kind of money.
