As you know we spent 20 plus days on the road with a bad alternator.
Took it to the shop. Bad regulator. They fixed it under warranty, which is why I didn't try to fix it on the road. They would have gladly changed it out for $ 500.00.
Tonight my local handy man came over and did the deed. When we fired up the MH we were charging at 15 volts.
It was in bad need after the trip.

Come on Hurricanes, we are ready.
Sometimes the best defense is a good offense.
Here we are all hooked up. Now for the mounting.

Jim, my neighbor has done this so much it only took him 15 minutes to install it.
He loves working on the MH.
When we installed the cruise control one time, while we were checking it out I let him drive it. He couldn't believe the power that the 300 cummins could put out. he expected it to be sluggish.
It really feels good knowing all is well. At least for the time being.
