For those of you that know Paris, she is now 8. She is doing fine but has developed primary Glacoma in both eyes.

She probably has been getting by on one eye for a while and we didn't pick up on anything being wrong. Then about a week ago she was in the kitched and began to run into the cabinets.

We took her to her regular vet and he immediatey sent us to a eye vet in Jacksonville,Fl.

He diagosed one eye totally blind and possible recovery to partial site in the other eye with proper treatment.

So far medication is not restoring her site. She is totally dependant on us.

We are adjusting and she is learning with our help on how to survive everyday life.

She hasn't complained one bit and loves it when her old friends drop by to see her.

It breaks our heart to see this happen.

We will keep you posted on her new coping skills.

Very sorry to hear that John. Our Radar is going to be 13 next month. Her eyesight is poor but manages to get along just fine.
