We knew someday we would be back in a home so while traveling we collected as much unique stuff as we could haul, a year at a time. We would fill up the RV, and then head back to Va to deposite it in our storage container or leave with friends to use it and watch it for us.
I saw something about Panquitch, Utah the other day and it reminded me of eating at a local restaurant in town there and my wife was admiring a paper towel holder that was on the table. It was made out of metal with a cowboy on a horse. You don't see these at Walmart. She asked where they brought it and the lady said someone came by and they brought a few of them. The next question, will you sell one? $32.oo later we owned it and wouldn't take anything for it now. We use it everyday and it reminds us of the traveling days.
Be sure when you travel to keep your eyes open because you may never be there again, even though you think you will. Things happen ,so seize the moment.
Here he is.
