Gary, I think your photo is too small. I am guessing, since I have no information of what you typed up... but I right clicked on that photo that is there, then clicked on properties. It says the photo is 28 X 30 pixels.
You should resize the photo... Be best to start over from scratch as sometimes a small photo cannot be enlarged.
Resize it to 100 X 75 (tiny) OR 160 X 120 (small) Then begin over again with the directions. Try it and let me know if you need further help.
