I experimented with the photos... The first one I copied and pasted the Direct Link of the Photo on Photobucket.

Lets see if it shows.

The second photo, I forgot the link, clicked on the photo to bring it up to the big size within Photobucket, then Right clicked on the photo itself, and copied and pasted it..  Checking that one too.

 

I then clicked on Preview....and in preview only the second photo showed up.  Now I'll submit  and see what it comes up with.

Ah Ha!  Not a single solitary one posted. 

SO....I'm going to go to Photobucket,LEFT click on the thumbnail photo to bring it up to a large size on another screen.

Then when it's large.... Right Click on it, the "box comes up"...Click on COPY.....  Only click on COPY...

Then, go to the Forum and Right Click where you wish the photo to be.Click on Paste. Click on Allow Access.  And there she is!!! 

This has helped and proven things to me.  Hope it helps y'all too.  For now the signatures and avatars are still not working...So, it won't work on them.

I got my photo to print but when I added a photo of my rig and the US map neither of them show up.  Just a little box with an x in it.  Are the photos to big.  This is in my signature.
