My friend Barbara gave me this recipe and they are yummy. So simple to make.
2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and quartered
1 stick butter melted
1 can (8) refrigerated cresent rolls. (must be cresent rolls-not biscuit)
1 cup sugar, (you can use less) I like to add cinnimon to sugar
1 can of Sprite
Separate cresent rolls. Dip each quartered apple in butter, then wrap cresent roll around apple. You don't have to be real neat, just get most of it around. Pour remaining butter over apples and sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Pour can of sprite in pan in between apples NOT over therm.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden
