CROCK POT COBBLER
2 (21 oz) cans pie filling. Your choice apple, pineapple or cherry
6 oz dried apricots, snipped into small pieces
1/2 cup orange juice
1 (17 1/2 oz) can ready to bake cinnamon rolls
Spray cooker with Pam. Combine pill filling, apricots and orange juice in Crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours, or until bubbly. Stir. Cut each cinnamon roll in half. Place on top of fruit mix, cinnamon side up. Cover and cook for one hour, until rolls are fluffy throughout. Remove crock from pot, if possible or turn Crockpot off, uncover and let cool for 30 minutes before serving. Spread Icing that came in rolls over the top of rolls.
