1 cup whipping cream

1 box(1 lb) light brown sugar

3 Tablespoons butter

1 Tablespoon vanilla

2 cups pecans

In an 8 cup microwave safe measuring cup with handle mix whipping cream and brown sugar. Microwave on high 12 minutes in a 750 watt oven. Stir half way through. Stir in butter, vanilla and pecans. Stir about 1 minute. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Cool about 15 minutes. Makes about 24 parlines. You might have to experiment to see how long to cook. I have a 1000 watt oven and 12 minutes is good. If it gets too hard before you get it all dropped you can heat in the microwave a few seconds to make it easier to handle. To make chocolate parlines you can add 1/2 cup chocolate chips when you add the pecans.

If you make chocolate parlines Sharon gets half. lol

Made my first batch this morning and already sampled one. Fabulous! This will be one of my Christmas specials from now on. Next to try adding the chocolate chips. Must change my address so Sharon can't find me!

My microwave is 1200 watts so I cooked them for 10 minutes.
