1 C. Ketsup
1C. maple syrup
2/3 C white grape juice
1/4 C. Water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 bay leaf
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 tsp. thyme
11/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 pork chops
in saucepan, combine all ingredients except pork chops. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat simmer uncovered 30 mins. stirr occasionally meanwhile bake 4 pork chops 30 mins. @375 F. Pour sauce over the pork chops and bake another 15-20 minetes. spooning sauce over the pork chops every 5 mins.
