I read that you can take about 4 T of choco. cake mix and mix with about 3 T of water to make a batter and microwave it for a quick chocolate dessert fix. I have not tried that recipe but wondered if it would work for brownie mix.
So I tried it and it worked fine. Not quite the same texture when done, but good just the same. I mixed 4 T of brownie mix with enough water until it was just a tad thinner than a normal brownie batter and microwaved it 45 sec and then let it stand a couple minutes. It was quite tasty!
