I just had this one yesterday. It was really good and sounds easy to fix. I haven't tried it yet. You can bet I will soon though.
Ingredients:
8 flour tortillas 1 can pie filling.* Apple, or peach, maybe even cherry 1 stick butter or oleo 2 cups water 1-1/2 cups sugar Cinnamon to taste
* I don't know what size can of pie filling. I didn't even think to ask.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Divide fruit evenly and wrap in tortillas, place in 9X13 cakepan. Dissolve sugar and butter into water. Pour half of liquid mixture over tortillas and squash down with spatula. Pour remaining liquid over tortillas. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown. Can be eaten warm with or without ice cream.

Wow, this does sound easy to make! I think the size of can of fruit would depend on how much you like it! LOL ....I would buy the bigger size. Alice
