Here's the requested pie recipe. DH wasn't sure he'd like a pineapple pie...but said it was really good.
Pineapple Pie
1 stick melted butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 T. flour
1 small can pineapple pieces with juice.
Mix all. Stir well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 350* 30 minutes or until pie filling "sets"
You can top with meringue or Kool Whip on it if you like, DH likes it best plain with no topping.
