Lemon Pie
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 T flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup lemon juice and some lemon zest
unbaked deep dish pie shell
Beat ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 350* for 40-45 minutes, or until filling is solid and done.
Top with egg meringue, if you want. since Milt will be eating it alone...and part is in the freezer, I got some Cool Whip to go on his.
You can change this recipe by leaving out the lemon juice and adding a small can of pineapple pieces, (drained) or coconut... or berries of any kind.
