2 chicken breast 1 package Pioneer Cream Gravy mix.
Salt and Pepper Chicken.
Mix gravy mix following package directions.
Pour over. Cover and Bake.
I baked this a longer time at 300*..as wanted the flavor of the cream gravy baked through the chicken. It was.
Served with biscuits for the gravy, mixed vegetables and cantaloupe. Yum.
I LOVE easy meals and those oven ones are always good.

Any cream gravy will do. You could make your own, and be much better! I threw this together for something "mild" for me to eat after several days of a rare for me stomach upset, when Milt liked it (he who thinks chicken is for frying and bbqing)..thought I'd share it!
