Hi! A few weeks ago Martha Stewart made Whoopie Pies on her show (google martha stewart whoopie pies to see her recipe). I would love to make these for my SIL for his birthday next month as he is from Rodchester NY. Martha's version requires special muffin top pans which I don't want to buy!
