Who doesn't like Lemon cake..I mean refreshing..well this one is an easy one to do..Of course you can use reg products..but why, when it taste good this way and is on the lite side :) more to eat !!!!

1PKG LEMON CAKE MIX 1/3 CUP LEMON YOGURT DANNON LIGHT &FIT 3/4 CUP EGG SUB 1 CUP COLD WATER
POUR INTO 9X13 PAN BAKE 35-40 MINS AT 350 RIGHT OUT OF THE OVEN POKE HOLES ALL OVER THE CAKE
POUR OVER CAKE SLOWLY
MIX 1PKG JELLO SF FF LEMON JELLO WITH 1 CUP BOILING WATER DISSOLVE JELLO AND ADD 1 CUP COLD WATER.
Let set in refrigerator several hours..
Then make frosting.
FROSTING 1CUP FF MILK 1PKG VANILLA SF FF INSTANT PUDDING 1PKG SF LEMON JELLO BEAT TOGETHER AND Then Fold in...
8OZ Lite COOL WHIP. SPREAD ON CAKE. Refrig till ready to serve. Life is full of surprises, just go with the flow !
