WHITE PIZZA DIP 1 envelope Lipton's Recipe Secrets Savory Herb w/Garlic Soup Mix 1 16 oz. container sour cream 1 8 oz. container ricotta cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni slices 1 loaf Italian or French bread, sliced ( snack crackers would also work) Preheat oven to 350º. In a 9 x 13 glass dish, combine all the ingredients, using just 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle on the remaining 1/4 cup mozz. cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through. Last weekend I took this to a get-together. My friends and I decided that I should only add half the package of herb/garlic soup mix...it's gets a little overwhelming with the whole package. We think cheddar cheese would be better too...we just can't leave a recipe alone! dpf
