Crock Pot Garlic Lime Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup soy sauce (lite soy) or to your taste
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1 Tblsp grated lime rind
Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Mix together remaining ingredients and
pour over top of chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
Also you can do frozen chicken breast just increase your time..
Remember all Crock Pots do heat differently.. Mine is hot on even low..
Tasty and Simple... My style :)
God Bless

Barbzeee,
I have to ask. Are these recipes that you have come up with? Or are you getting them from different books??
If these are recipes that you have come up with or tweaked the heck out of for ease and simplicity for making in an RV why the heck haven't you come out with a RV cookbook?
Seems to me it would be a really good sell. And if they are recipes from friends? If you list them as creators at the bottom of the recipes they probably wouldn't mind you putting them in a book.
You could sell them on ebay, anywhere RV'ers gather or maybe to RVbookstore.com.
Even if you go to Kinkos or Staples and print off a bunch of them to start with? You could make your money back and hopefully a profit.

Echo, A lot of these recipes are mine and or were created by friends and tweaked by others as well. I ran a cooking segment on MSN years ago and still keep in touch with the women..We exchange many recipes. If you go back on this recipe column here you'll come up with a lot that I've posted..
Some recipes were tweaked to make life easy as I traveled across this great land many many times..so for me with Dogs on board showing throughout the country I just tweaked to make it easy for all that I had going on..
As far as putting together a cookbook, I've helped many others do that. Feel free to copy these and if you tweak, please post the changes you did so I can share with others as well.
Recipes I receive from others, I try before I post as I've had a few surprises including my own too LOL
Enjoy
God Bless

Barb, I have it in the crockpot today and will give you an update after we dine on it! Smells wonderful and I'm going to steam some brown rice and some baby veggies to go with.

Ok, results from Paulette was... just a little too salty for her taste.. and with looking at the 1/2 of soy .. I think perhaps cutting back to maybe just 1/4 cup.. or even less.. depending on your taste buds..
I'll make adjustment on recipe..
Thanks Paulette.. for your input..
God Bless

Chris, Make sure you watch the soy sauce amount as I posted what Paulette said, I'm making it now myself and I cut the soy sauce down.. The smell is wonderful.. Some recipes I get I have to watch amounts of soy.....and then some it needs more..LOL
Anyway..just make note of the change and let me know how yours turns out..
I added a little more lime juice to mine and some grated lime too...
God Bless

As long as I use the lite soy sauce - I rarely have the problem with salt that I had when I used the regular stuff. But it's been so long since I used regular soy sauce - do we know which Paulette used?
Smiling is contagious - try it!

Delicious! I used only 1/4 cup soy sauce, as the edited recipe said. Didn't have any dry mustard, so used powdered wasabi, just a little. Cooked up some jasmine rice in my rice cooker and nuked some zucchini and carrots. Great dinner ===with half-priced candy corn for desert. :)
