Head of Cabbage Rotel Tomatoes Bacon Cheese Fry the bacon and save the grease You cut the Cabbage in a star pattern almost to the core. So the Cabbage is still together. You have to spread it a bit to get everything in it. Add a little of the bacon grease to the middle along with the crumbled bacon and rotel tomatoes. I usually do two heads of cabbage at a time and use 1 can of rotel and about 6-8 slices of bacon for both. You wrap it in foil and put on the pit. When the cabbage is soft you add the cheese (velvetta) when it is melted it is ready to serve. Hook em Horns!!! Cindy
