This recipe is excellent..right now it's for Oven ..but I'm going to try and convert it to Crock Pot..usage :).. but this is a keeper the way it is also.. God Bless Enjoy Barbzeee
4- 6 Boneless Pork Chops. Pork flavored Stove Top Stuffing 1 package 1 can Apple pie filling 1 T. margarine chicken broth 99 % fat free onion chopped celery chopped Toasted Pecans Chopped. Spray a pan with Pam and season your Pork chops with salt and pepper. Cook pork chops a few min. on each side to brown them. Place them on a plate and set aside. Then take your onion and celery and cook them in the same pan as the pork chops. Sautee them until soft. You may need to add a little more Pam if they are sticking. I use the chicken broth in place of the h20 for the Stove Top and add 1 T. of margarine. Bring to a boil.Add onion and celery to broth. Add stuffing mix and pecans... and stir
Prepare a 9x13 pan, and spray with Pam. Place your pork chops on the bottom of the pan, and then add the Apple pie filling. Top with the stuffing. Cover with foil. Bake in oven for 35 min, and uncover and bake for an additional 10 min.
