11/2 lb chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless Frozen 1 bell pepper chopped 1 small onion chopped 1 clove garlic chopped Black Pepper and Salt to taste 14 oz Pepper Jack cheese soup 3 tablespoons chunky salsa
