Crock Pot..Chinese Style Pork Ribs
2-3 lbs Country Style Pork Ribs
1/3 cup orange marmalade 3 TBLsp Ketchup 2 cloves garlic minced 1/3 cup light soy sauce
In bowl combine soy sauce,marmalade,ketchup and garlic... pour half in bottom of Crock Pot...
Brown ribs in skillet then add to Crock Pot them pour the remainder of sauce over ribs... Cover cook on low 6 hours or till tender.... To Thicken sauce just add some cornstarch and water and add to sauce..then turn on high for 15-20 minutes stirring until thicken Life is full of surprises, just go with the flow !
