Chuck Roast.. trim fat as much as you can 1 Large onion quartered and then sliced 1 (4oz ) can mushrooms drained (you can use fresh) 1 Pkg Lipton's Mushroom and Onion Soup Mix 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (I use ReducedFat) Few Splashes of Worchestershire Sauce Garlic Powder and Black Pepper

Spray or use Liners in Crock Pot.. Add Onions on the bottom ..place Chuck Roast on top..sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper and Soup Mix.. Mix Worchestershire sauce in Mushroom Soup and spoon over meat ... put mushrooms around beef.. Cover and cook on High 4 hours...if you use frozen meat then cook on Low for and up to 6 hours or when meat is done... This makes the best gravy.. You can the last hour or 2 put cut up potatoes around..but I prefer to make Mashed with all that gravy :) Life is full of surprises, just go with the flow !
