Hello, I saw this recipe in a Good Sam magazine and thought it might be worth trying. I didn't even know there was such a thing as no cook lasagna.
Easy Italian Sausage Lasagna
Prep time: About 15 minutes (makes six servings)
This RV-friendly recipe was contributed

Sam Sambassadors since 2008.
1 pound Italian sausage, remove casings
1 26-ounce jar spaghetti sauce (with onions and roasted garlic is really good)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
6 no-cook lasagna noodles
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
3 ⁄4 cup grated Parmesan
Crumble sausage into a plastic colander and place over a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high 1 minute, then stir. Microwave on high 3 to 31 ⁄2 minutes more, stirring
every 30 seconds or until sausage is done and no longer pink. Drain well on paper towels.
Discard drippings. Stir together sausage, spaghetti sauce and basil in a large bowl. Spread
one-third sausage mixture in the bottom of a lightly greased 11-by-7-inch microwave-safe
baking dish. Top with three noodles, 1 cup ricotta cheese and 1 cup shredded mozzarella.
Repeat layers once. Top with leftover sausage mixture and grated Parmesan. Cover with
two sheets of plastic wrap and microwave at medium (50% power) for 30 to 35 minutes.
Using a mitt, carefully lift one corner of the plastic wrap to allow steam to escape. Let stand
five minutes before serving.
