Banana Caramel Spice Pie
1 large ripe banana, sliced
1 Oreo cookie crumb pie crust
2 cups cold milk
2 (4-serving size) pkgs. of Jell-O white chocolate instant pudding mix
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (8-oz.) container of Cool Whip, thawed
Purchased caramel topping
1. Place banana slices in the bottom of the pie crust.
2. Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat with
wire whisk for 1 minute. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
3. Refrigerate 3-4 hours until set. Serve with purchased caramel topping.
