I mentioned these tonight on chat and they asked if I could post it so here it is...we were thinking it might be able to be used as a left over turkey recipe
2 small Cans Ortega green sauce
2 can diced chilies
4 Chicken Breast
2 8 oz cream cheese
24 12 inch enchilada corn shells
Cut chicken into bit size pieces cook in skillet until white add cream cheese and diced chilies when creamy scoop into corn shells* place into pan next to each other. When pan full pour green sauce on top and last put thick layer of cheese put in oven at 350 for 20 min. or when cheese is melted.
The next time I make them going to make them with flour as I perfer flour over corn...
