Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast,
Salt, Pepper and Garlic powder
Canned Spaghetti Sauce
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
diced onion and diced bell pepper
Provolone Cheese
Place as many chicken breast as you'd like to use in a baking dish. Season with salt pepper and garlic powder
Top with all other ingredients as listed, except cheese.
Cover and bake 350* for 1 1/2 hours.
Place on plate and top with the cheese, letting it melt.
Serve with a salad..
I love simple, easy to fix meals such as this. Surprises me that Milt likes it really well... In our past...he felt the only good chicken was BBQ'd or fried... Grin..
