Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast,

Salt, Pepper and Garlic powder

Canned Spaghetti Sauce

1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

diced onion and diced bell pepper

Provolone Cheese

Place as many chicken breast as you'd like to use in a baking dish. Season with salt pepper and garlic powder

Top with all other ingredients as listed, except cheese.

Cover and bake 350* for 1 1/2 hours.

Place on plate and top with the cheese, letting it melt.

Serve with a salad..

I love simple, easy to fix meals such as this. Surprises me that Milt likes it really well... In our past...he felt the only good chicken was BBQ'd or fried... Grin..

This sounds really good, Joella. Sometimes I marinade chicken in italian salad dressing and bake it in the oven until done...makes it slightly tangy and moist! Oh, don't drain it before baking!
