1 cup whipping cream
1 box(1 lb) light brown sugar
3 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 cups pecans
In an 8 cup microwave safe measuring cup with handle mix whipping cream and brown sugar. Microwave on high 12 minutes in a 750 watt oven. Stir half way through. Stir in butter, vanilla and pecans. Stir about 1 minute. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Cool about 15 minutes. Makes about 24 parlines. You might have to experiment to see how long to cook. I have a 1000 watt oven and 12 minutes is good. If it gets too hard before you get it all dropped you can heat in the microwave a few seconds to make it easier to handle. To make chocolate parlines you can add 1/2 cup chocolate chips when you add the pecans.
