Ok gals.. not sure if I did this one or not..but making them today...simple easy and tasty..got it !!
Cake Mix Cookies.. Any Flavor You Like !!!!!

1 box cake mix, any flavor you like 1 (8oz) tub whipped topping (reg, lite or fat free what ever you like ) 1 egg (or egg sub, such as egg beaters) beaten Powdered sugar for coating
Mix cake mix, whipped topping, and egg together. Roll into 1 1/2 inch round balls and roll in powdered sugar, to coat lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
Depending on the flavor of the cake mix you use you can also add things like zest of lemon..or almond flavoring to the chocolate..LOL let your imagination flow...:)


Now I've only used a regular egg.. but when you mix this together let it set for awhile to thicken. then scoop out and roll in powdered sugar and bake... I get 30 cookies depending on the size you want..
simple, easy and tasty is my motto.. !!
