I'm having difficulty finding this "bark" you all mention, at my grocery store. I saw a neat little chocolate melter and candy chocolate packages (looked like flattened hersey kisses), at WalMart the other day. Donna, it is usually with the chocolate chips/nuts. Looks like a real big candy bar. But you can also use chocolate chips, etc. Alice

Thanks Alice, I'll look again. I've seen the big Baker Secret squares of chocolate, and the Ghiradelli but still haven't seen anything saying almond bark. So you can use semi-sweet chocolate or other Nestle morsels too? How much/many bags would you need? Live, Love, Laugh - Aloha Donna & Willie 05 32' Seabreeze Class A 07 Jeep Liberty Ltd 4x4

Donna, the almond bark package is 20 oz. I would think the same amount of any chocolate would work. I don't know if the semi-sweet would be sweet enough. Around Thanksgiving all the stores had plenty of the Almond Bark but by Christmas I couldn't find any. Guess they will have to restock.
Cake balls are messy to make but I saw a receipe in the newspaper to make Banana Pudding Balls. Now that would be messy!

Banana Pudding Balls??? I'd like to see that ;) Are you going to give it a try? If so, be sure to let us know how they turn out. :) I'll keep my eye open for the chocolate. Thanks again for the added info. :) Live, Love, Laugh - Aloha Donna & Willie 05 32' Seabreeze Class A 07 Jeep Liberty Ltd 4x4
