Hi, Since I am full timing and cooking only for one I have made all new menus that I am creating for myself. I do make enough for two though, and save half for another day. I have a Fasta Pasta now to cook my spaghetti in. 12 minutes in the microwave and no colander or pot of boiling water involved. This Pasta Fasta is great. Well, then I get a package of Tyson grilled chicken strips or steak strips and nuke them for 40 seconds. Then I get my bottle of Voodo Bayou, Medium Salsa (Backwoods Magic). I plate my spaghetti, place steak or chicken on top, cover with as much Salsa as I want and nuke this for 1 and a half minutes. Then I add Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese, Grind some Garlic Pepper and my dish is complete in under 20 minutes. I have a salad or asparagus & tomato or veggie of your choice. Sometimes I go hog wild and put fresh mushrooms or quartered Vigo artichokes in with my spaghetti. OB44

I love my Fasta Pasta ! I like the idea of adding chicken or whatever meat or veg to the pasta to "yumm it up" Thanks for the tip !! Trudy, Molly & Murphy 37' Montana 5th wheel - "be the kind of person your dog thinks you are"
