I don't know how I missed this video, Lenora but I'm going to try this hint. I hate fighting a boiled egg.
I can just see egg all over my kitchen, but I'm doing this next time I need boiled eggs!!!

Got this hint from the Food network. Take a push pin and put a small hole in the large end of the egg. Cover eggs with water and bring to a boil. When they begin to boil remove them from the heat and cover. Let them stay covered for 10 minutes and they peel easily. I keep the pushpin right with the eggs in my fridge. Vicki

Yay for Vicki! I knew there was something like a pin that my mom used to use that helped peeling eggs.... Joella, ready for another trial of hard boiled eggs?
