I saw a discussion on this recipe but it didn't give the recipe and instructions. Sounds good. Anyone have the information on it?

I had the recipe but now can't find it! Hopefully someone will share it soon. You might try an internet search, too. Lenora & Choco

Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing
1 package Stove Top herb-seasoned stuffing mix, prepared 4 to 6 boneless chicken breast halves or boneless thighs 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can (3 to 4 ounces or more) sliced mushrooms, drained Preparation: Prepare packaged stuffing mix with butter and liquid as directed on package. Layer stuffing in the bottom of greased slow cooker. Place the chicken pieces on top. Chicken can overlap some, but try to arrange with as little overlap as possible. If there is room, you could use more chicken. On top of the chicken, pour 1 can of cream of chicken soup, or you could use cream of mushroom, or cream of celery, whatever you like. Just don't add the liquid the soup can says to use. Add the mushrooms. Be sure to stir the mushrooms around a little so they are coated with the soup. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Here's another one:
2-3 chix breasts or 4-5 thighs 1 package stuffing mix (I use the pork just 'cause I like that one) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2# sausage, fried and drained (this was in Barbzee's original recipe, but I don't use it. Not a fan of sausage)
Put chicken in crockpot, spread soup over chicken, prepare stuffing according to box, add sausage if desired, spread over chicken and soup, cook about 4 hours on low, crack lid the last 30 minutes to dry out stuffing a bit.
Bet this is as clear as mud, but if you can get thru my ramblings in the recipe, it's one of my favorites. "Now and then it's good to pause in our pursuit of happiness and just be happy." Guillaume Apollinaire
