butter or margerine....1/3 cup
Hershey's cocoa ....1/3 cup
confectioners' sugar...2 2/3 cup
milk ....1/3 cup
vanilla ....1 teaspoon
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add cocoa. Heat just until mixture starts to boil, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour into a small mixer bowl. Cool completely. Add confectioners' sugar alternately with milk, beating to spreading consistacy. Blend in vanilla.
