Two 1" thick Pork Loins Package of Walmart's Good Value Pork Seasoning and Coating Mix
Salt and pepper pork. Sprinkle a tad of the seasoning mix on a plate and coat meat with it.
Spray a Pyrex covered baking bowl with Pam. Place meat in. Cover and bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours.
To go with it, I wrapped a sweet potato in foil, placed in Pyrex pie pan and baked.
I like good food, simple cooking and easy for the cook. It baked up so tender and moist. Oven meals are great for this. Have been known to throw in a baked desert of some sort for Milt, as well.
Had a good salad with this, and all hit the spot!!
