1 seal a meal bag for each omlette 1 large paper clamp for each bag eggs cheese any cooked meat, ham, ground beef, bacon, sausage onion green pepper mushrooms
beat the eggs and add whatever you would like to them, pour into the bag, fold the top over a few times and clamp. drop into boiling water. cook for 3 - 5 minutes until you see the eggs are set. careful when removing them from the water, i use tongs! open carefully and dump the omlette onto a plate! it will look just like one from Ihop. You can eat it right from the bag it you like. I love the clean up, just toss the bag! If you are a real conservative, you can turn the bag inside out, wash and reuse. The new walmart seal a meal bags work just as good as the name brand. Laura

Hey Scout, Thanks for that recipe, I was just telling Joella about it. I had one at a resort and was amazed how good they were. I just printed it out, so I wouldn't forget it. Cillie Happiness is living your best dreams and God answering your prayers!!!

You can also use zip lock baggies for these. They are really good and such a easy clean up. ;) Hook em Horns!!! Cindy
