So I try different combinations and I came up with this for something a little different
1 pkg of Spring Mix salad
Can of Pineapple tidbits in own juice
Crumbled goat's cheese (packaged)
Red Onion, sliced
Dried cranberries, currents etc.
Ken's Steak House Lite Raspbery Walnut Vinaigrette
Sautee in olive oil, any combination of veggies
I like red, green, yellow peppers, onion, mushrooms, canned articoke hearts,fresh tomatoes wedges,fresh garlic,Zuchinni, summer squash etc. Fresh in season veggies are best
Cook pasta, I use Ronzoni's Healthy Harvest, very tasty low carb and high fiber
When pasta is done, add sauteed veggies on top, sparkle with Parmesean cheese
