Crock Pot Lime Salsa Pork Chops N Potatoes
Ingredients
1 cup V8 (U.S.) Low-Sodium Vegetable Juice 1 pound lean boneless pork chop 1/2 tsp lemon pepper 1 medium lime(s) 1 medium onion(s) 1 cup Pace (U.S.) Salsa Dip 1/2 tsp dried thyme 4 medium uncooked red potato(es), halved

Instructions
Pour juice in crockpot and arrange pork chops in bottom. Sprinkle lemon pepper over them. Place slice of lime on each chop; arrange onions on top. Pour salsa on top; Arrange potatoes around chops. Sprinkle dried thyme on top of mixture. Cover and cook on LOW 5-6 hours. or till done.
Serve chops topped with lime, onions, and salsa. Top potatoes with salsa. Life is full of surprises, just go with the flow !
