Cooking Spray or Liner
6 medium potatoes, peeled & cut
Carrots, 3 large, peeled, thinly sliced
Celery, 2 large stalks, thinly sliced
2 Lb Corned Beef Brisket (trim excess fat)
Cabbage, 1 small head cut into wedges
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups water
Spray 6-qt slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
and layer potatoes, carrots and celery, and brisket.
Arrange cabbage around the meat. Sprinkle with
black pepper and add water. Cover and cook on low
for 8 hours. Remove meat to a platter, cover with foil, and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing .
**Remember all Crock Pots don't cook the same..if yours runs hotter on low than reduce time.
