Crock Pot Mushroom Swiss Steak and Gravy
1 1/2 lb boneless Round Steak cut in serving size pieces 1 lrg onion chopped 2 med carrots sliced 1 can (4oz) mushrooms stems and pieces 1/4 tsp pepper 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (reduced fat) 1 can (8oz) Tomato Sauce
In a 4 quart Crock Pot layer onions, carrots, mushrooms and beef. Sprinkle pepper over beef. In medium bowl, mix soup and tomato sauce, pour over beef. Cover, cook on Low setting 6 - 8 hours or till beef is tender Place beef on serving platter with slotted spoon remove veggie.. with wire whisk stir gravy to blend
Serve with Mashed Potatoes... very tasty Life is full of surprises, just go with the flow !
