Looks like I might be the first to post on this topic.
Just had this for dinner this evening and it was delicious, as always.
Take 4 boneless/skinless chicken breast halves and place them in a common food storage bag (with or without the ziplock feature.) Sprinkle in the dry contents of one envelope of Good Seasons Italian All-Natural Salad Dressing Mix. Splash in about 1/4 cup of common apple cider vinegar. Seal the bag and gently massage the chicken pieces for a moment or two so that the seasoning and vinegar mix and coat the chicken pieces. Keep refrigerated (marinate) for about an hour or up to a day. Grill until done, about 15 minutes depending on heat of grill.
Enjoy!
This chicken is wonderful as left-overs the next day.

Good Morning. Our chicken recipe is easy & yummy as well. Chicken Breasts placed in a plastic bag, pour over "Ken's Steak House" Italian Salad dressing with Aged Romano ( found at Wal-Mart or Winn Dixie in USA ) Marinate as long as you wish. Grill..YUMMY!

Sounds like something to add to my recipe organizer. There is a real good recipe organizer that you can download for free at www.rverscomputerhelp.com Just click on "free computer stuff" on the left side of the page. Bobbi

Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Henderson, I saw your reply on the message board and I was wondering if you would be willing to share some of your travel food ideas/recipes for an article I am writing. The article will appear in Central PA Magazine in June. If you click on their web site, you will see an article in the food section that I wrote. If you would be willing to share some of your ideas, you will see your name in print in June. Please reply to my question via this message board or to my personal email address: cambel@ptd.net Thank you for considering -- C. Belolan

if you are looking for a good fish recipe instead of chicken, try this. Place rinsed and patted dry cat fish fillets on greased baking sheet. Brush with dejoun mustard. Mix together ground pecans and dry bread crumbs and small amount of melted butter. Pat firmly on fillets. Spray with cooking spray and bake for about 15 minutes, depending how thick the fish is, at 475 degrees. Really good and alittle different. Happy traveling, JoAnn
