Thank you for welcoming me to the Forum...My husband and I live in New Mexico...we have a Monaco Diplimat and been rving for the last 4 years...We are on the road 6 months out of the year and truly enjoy the experience...have met so many wonderful people along the way...We have a Pomeranian named Gracie who has been on the road since she was 10 weeks old...have been home since February and we will leave again in a couple of weeks...Our first destination will be Tucson AZ...then off to Sedona for 5 weeks...then on to Utah and Colorado...I am a collage artist and still have not figured a way to take the art stuff with me...LOL...I am pleased to meet you Alice and just know that there is rig out there for you...Thank you again for being so kind...Linda

Howdy Linda, I just sold my "C" a couple of months ago so I am with Alice in the looking stage.  I live in Southwest Oregon, was on the coast for a few years but have moved a little more inland. Monaco makes good rigs, I used to work at Country Coach, but lived in Harrisburg (where Monaco is/was?).  Sounds like ya'll stay in the southwest, some pretty country down there. Welcome to the forum, some great women here.

Hi Linda, 

I'm also in AZ for now.  Will be moving on May 12th.  heading north to Vermont by way of ???? we still haven't made up our minds yet.  I'm thinking thru Virginia.  DH wants Indiana.

Hi Sue,

So nice to hear from you...We have spent a lot of time in Oregon and love it...Have been to Harrisburg and spent about a week in "Camp Monaco"...We also went to Brownsville...what a great town...We love Bend Oregon and have spent time at Crown Villa...also Winchester bay as well as Pacific Shores...What a lovely state you live in...Thank you for the welcome...it's nice to find a special place...Linda

We travel in a 32' trailer, with 2 two year old dachshund sisters.

We enjoy traveling and really have enjoyed it though the years.

Welcome Linda! I'm in the same boat as Sue, hubby hasn't retired yet and we are in the looking/learning phase. We are from Satellite Beach, FL and my forum name should be changed from kidsgone2dogs to haveoneback2dogs. My mom always said kids have a way of not leaving the nest too long. My son is in his last year of college and all of his classes are online so he moved home. Nice thing tho, the house doesn't seem so empty.

I don't think I would like online classes, seems kinda less personal. Oh well, new day!

Sounds like you've traveled a fair bit so I'm looking forward to you sharing about your travels and experiences.  I'm an Rver wanna be right now and will not give up on my hope to be an owner one day soon.
