Welcome!  I've kind of been off in my own world for a couple of days or would have said Welcome sooner!  I have a vintage '76 GMC that is completely redone - although I wasn't the re-doer!  I'm off to live in an Alpenlite as my old girl didn't have enough storage - or I'm not enough of a minimalist - I guess we can take our pick.  This forum is fabulous - the women have been unbelievably supportive, as I'm sure you're finding out! 

Have a great time with your new baby!  She looks immaculate - which isn't usually said about a rig that is almost 40 years old!  You might cruise some of the 50's / 60's car sites for baby moons that will fit your wheel size.  That would be my best thought - although 'good' thoughts haven't been my strong suit recently - if I come up with anything else I'll let you know! 

I actually am taking my 2000 Alpenlite which is a sea of aqua and lavendar and I'm hiding all the lavendar and adding orange (sounding familiar?) so it looks quite wonderfully colorful and retro - in that late 50's kind of way.  Kind of early Scandinavian modern - which I hated growing up - but am loving now!  I even found a funny orange bubble lamp on ebay - but don't tell Sharon (Sprinter) - she thinks I'm nuts!  LOL

Just got back from shopping ....another hobby I have!!   I bought white paint for the cabnets in the bedroom and I bought the prettiest material to put on the walls.   It is a white back ground and the red print is the old chitz type (old people under the trees ) ....that sounds bad, but I decided to put the material over the carpet on the walls.   It would keep the sound proof barrior there and it would serve as a padding because I am contemplating putting red buttons in a diamond pattern making it a button and tuck effect.  White wood trim in corners, around the top and along the small floor boards.   Any comments welcomed.   Have to reinforce the bed plateform first as I am reconstructing that so I don't have to take the mattress off everytime I want to get something out of the large storage area.   I can just pull it out from under the bed from the side....much like at home.  So, tomarrow I plan on rebuilding the plateform.
