I'm glad your first camping experience was so good. As for buying a 1992 motorhome I will give you some things to consider. I am on my 4th class C so I have had some experience with them. My 3rd motorhome was a 1992 Alegro Bay that I loved the floor plan but in 2006 when it was 14 years old and had 88,000 miles I traded for 2002 Coach House Platinum. It still looked good but I was always having some small problem and I was afraid to get too far from home. A motorhome has the problems of a house and a vehicle. Going down the road is hard on all these systems. A motorhome that old will probably need a new set of tires even though they look good. A new set of tires is going to be over $1000.00. Motorhome tires usually age out not wear out. There is a code on tires that tell you the year they were made.
Another thing that is being talked about now is that some campgrounds won't let an RV in that is over 10 years old. I never had that problem but I have heard that some people have. It probably happens at the fancy resorts.
