HI Lori,
I just posted to this site too. Want to get a trailer but am leary of towing one alone. How do you make out with yours. Course you have your kids to help some I suppose. I found a neat 21ft Salem in Houghton Lake that I really like but need the "courage" to go through with this. I'm in Michigan too. Gaylord area.

Welcome, Lori -
Hope you stop by often. Ask any questions you like - there's probably someone here who can provide the answer.

Welcome Lori,
I began camping with a Single Aunt in my childhood and she's just tickled pink that I still love to go back to the places she took my Sister and I as kids.
Aunt Rete had a TT too I think it was about 19 ft long, can't remember but I do know we each had a bed made up and had a tiny bathroom. I really liked the fact I was learning about history and nature up close.
The kids will have a blast and so will you.
welcome aboard to the forum, you'll find some great friends here.

Welcome Lori and Sue,
I've been camping one way or another since I was a kid. My DH and I retired, bought a class c and have been traveling since the fall of 05. We may buy a stick house this or next year but will not stop RVing. You will love the gals on this forum. Ask away-no questions unanswered. carold

Welcome Lori and Sue
You both had my attention when you said you were from Michigan. I lived in Michigan the first 49 years of my life, Mostly in Flint and Davison area. Then Sue mentioned Houghton Lake, oh memories; my 4 children and myself used to fish in Houghton Lake or go to Higgins Lake to swim (weekends trips)
My DH and I are trying to sell our house(S.C.) so we can buy a Class A motor home. Best of luck in your journeys!

Welcome Lori. Seems we have quite a few newbies here now and all from the 'gentler gender' LOL. I have a 34'1996 motorhome purchased about 6 weeks ago and then driven home over 2000 miles LOL!
Lori, "just do it!!". I expect you will not be sorry....
Anyway, we will all watch for you on chat!

I care very little about where I am going, so how can I be lost?

SueJ... Just wondering about you. After reading the encouraging words on here, did you give any more thought to that 21ft Salem in Houghton Lake that you really liked?
