Hi,
I have been reading this forum for a long time, ashamed to say how long. So many of my silent questions have been answered. Rig is a 22'Winnebago Vista Class C. I try to camp two nights every two weeks at one of the 5 State Parks or Corp of Engineer Lakes that are within 30 miles of my home.
My husband has no interest in camping so my camping partner is a crippled ten year old part Dachshund mix names Bo. He has his wheels and I have mine.

Hi, GlennaRae!
My X husband worked his entire life for Phillips Petroleum,(now Conocophillips), so our paychecks always came from Bartlesville. We did visit there once many, many years ago.
Pleased to meet you and please join in on the conversations!

Sometimes, the only right answer is silence...which in and of itself speaks a thousand words.

Hi Glenna - glad to have you with us. Well, guess you've been with us for quite a while - so glad to have you completely with us. Join in anytime and anywhere! And stop in our chat room if you have the inclination.
I'm so happy to see women who don't give up on dreams when their dreams are different from their spouses. That doesn't often happen. And as an animal lover, I'm glad to hear that you have a fur baby to keep you company on those weekends!

Hi GlennaRae and Welcome! I seem to pop in and out more out than lately as my homelife has been quite hectic with visiting family, but my husband doesn't camp with me much either due to his work schedule mainly though. Heck..these days I haven't gone much either. Well, happy travels to you and your little Bo and again Welcome. :)

Welcome Glenna,
And a big smile for your DH who is cool with you doing your own thing camping. that's great that he isn't being heavy handed and making it hard for you to do what you enjoy.
Don't forget to share your camping trips with us with a report and a few pictures,... we'll be waiting!
again,..... welcome!

Welcome GlennaRae, Glad to see you are not sitting home pouting, hubby is really missing out on fun adventures! I can barely keep mine from sitting still...except he is enjoying 6 months of doing nothing on our lot in Yuma AZ. May 1st we hit the road and exploring.
