I would like to introduce myself. My name is Joei. I am an RVer with a 3/4 ton diesel truck and a truck camper. I have been traveling the world since 1989. I was a full-time RVer for years but have a small condo now in Surrey, BC and enjoys my travels south in the winter and north in the summer. Looking forward to being an active part of this group.

I'm glad that you found this group. I think you will enjoy everyone here. Many years ago I started out in a truck camper,..can't be beat for coziness and the ability to always have your house "on your back!"

Joei welcome to the forum. Also come join us in the
chat room at nights. Always a bit of chatter going on in there.
Lots of things to be learned from the forum, but you could also probably teach us a few things since you have been traveling a long time.

Welcome to the forum! I've heard of your books; however, have not read any of them...yet. I'm sure some of the gals here have. I'm a wannabe, and it is so interesting to read about the "stories" that everyone has to offer and share about their life on the road.

Didn't realize how easy it is to post messages. I'm really new at this. Someone asked about posting pictures. Is that possible? I've just returned from 2-1/2 months at the most fabulous campground in Hemet, California and have a few pictures.

Well heck, joei, you should have joined sooner! I only live 10 miles from Hemet in the Sun City area!!! Welcome, welcome, and be sure and let us know when you're back down here in SoCal, there are a few of us in the area! Donna, Evie, Laura and myself to name a few.
Joella is our picture guru, she can help you out with that. It's really pretty easy once you learn how.

I second Sharon's message. Which park in Hemet? Bet it's the one I was talking about on a different thread about park models!

For sure I should have joined earlier but let me tell you how I found the group yesterday. It was by sheer accident. Every once in a while I search my name on Google and your group came up. Someone in this group has purchased one or more of my books. One of my greatest loves is camping rallies so I'm hoping to learn about more of them.
