When I heard the word "dirty Al's" I thought something must be "dirty", but it is clean. There is a fish market in front of restaurant. Seating is fast as the menu is limited. Burgers/seafood and their bar. I wanted a lot of shrimp when I first ate there. I got the large basket. I got 10 huge shrimp with a very thin and crisp coating. Each shrimp is at least 3 bites. (I am drooling as we speak) The first time in my entire life I couldn't finish my shrimp dinner. We enjoy exploring and find numerous small businesses with low prices. When we head to Colorado in april, we plan on horseback riding in Baily,CO. Has anyone been there ? We rode throughout the Rockies last year up in Estes Park, and hiked a few trails, went into the National Park to listen to the Elk mewling. I really love Colorado. I love this country and the beauty of our land. Everytime we get our Travel Magazines and they show a new rv with the scenery near a mountain, I dont look at the rv I want the view. keep in touch irishgirl

Irishgirl, we have spent a lot of time in Colorado. Like you --- love that state. Also, when in business we could get to Colorado in a long day and spend a week or two away from work and Texas heat. We have been to almost all the "back roads" of that marvelous state. Their back roads are not as numerous as in Texas, as lots of times you "can't get there from here" due to mountains being in the way! Grin
It is possible we have been to Baily, but don't recall it.
Hope it's cooler there today...we had 90.1* yesterday, broke a high temperature record of 1936!! Whew! Was working out in it and it was ferocious!!
